Saman Khodaei

Graduate Research Assistant

Saman joined the Fain lab in July 2023 as a Ph.D student. He has worked on extracting the Natural Frequencies (NFs) of cancerous bone and comparing these results with healthy bone samples in both humans and animals. 
Saman is currently working on T1 fitting via Variable Flip Angle (VFA) to estimate the optimal acquisition parameters (repetition time [TR] and flip angle [FA]) for human subjects using MR imaging.
