Biography

Riley joined the Fain Pulmonary Imaging Lab in the Fall of 2023 as a PhD Trainee. Since his arrival, he has been working on the usage of complex image data to improve T2* estimation in lung tissue in conjunction with UTE pulse sequence development at 0.55T and 3T. Additionally, he has been looking at estimates of lung microstructure using Hyperpolarized 129-Xenon MRI related to various pulmonary pathologies.
